Overview

A Chrome extension for keeping track of where you left off across every project — community, academic, and personal. It tracks projects with category tags, parses markdown notes (paste, upload, or a connected local file), and surfaces automatic "checkpoint" summaries so a half-finished thread never goes cold. Progress bars and staleness indicators (fresh / aging / stale) show the state of each project at a glance through a toolbar badge and a side panel. v1 (Phases 0-7) is complete per its own README status. Built with Vite, @crxjs/vite-plugin, and TypeScript, with chrome.storage.local for persistence and hand-rolled markdown checkpoint-heuristic parsing. Includes a full options page (editable staleness thresholds, default category, export/import as validated JSON, and a reset action), first-run onboarding, and 107 tests across 5 suites covering storage, parsing heuristics, time bucketing, the background file-poll worker, and staleness boundary logic.
